To be an authorized affiliate of HostingRaja, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the HostingRaja service as an affiliate. By signing up for the YOUR SITE NAME affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1. Minimum affiliate commission payout is Rs. 3000. If your affiliate commission is less than Rs.3000, then you are not eligible for pay out.
2. The commissions are approved once after completing 60 days from the date of payment done by the user. This is done to avoid fraudulent activity.
3. Affiliate commission is not given for the domain purchase.
4. In order to apply for enrollment into this Program, you must first sign up as an affiliate of HostingRaja and you must agree to the terms of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
5. An affiliate must not Violate HostingRaja Trademark, name or any anyone else’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.
6. Not to violate any law, rule or regulation. And any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contain nudity, pornography or sexually explicit materials.
7. Using any technology that covers up the promotional code and generates an affiliate click by revealing the code or any other advertising campaign is prohibited.
8. Affiliate cannot advertise promotional codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising or any other advertising campaign.
9. Affiliates may not be fraudulent in any way, in the Company's sole and exclusive consideration.
10. Affiliate will be eligible to receive payouts only once the Company has received all requested tax and payment information from the affiliate.
11. We explicitly reserve the right to change the payout process and procedure in our sole and exclusive consideration. And if there are any changes in the payout process you will be notified prior.
12. HostingRaja reserves the right to withhold payment of initial Commissions Fees of Affiliates and also the commissions that are potentially fraudulent as determined by HostingRaja in its sole discretion, to determine the legitimacy and cancellation rates of Referred Customers.
13. Affiliates shall not offer cash back, coupons, rewards or other incentives as part of their marketing efforts for the Affiliate Program.
14. Affiliates must not engage in any sort of marketing activity that may harm the reputation or credibility of HostingRaja.
15. Affiliates should not engage in any marketing or promotional activities where it violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
16. HostingRaja may review and update these Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion and it is your responsibility to keep abreast of those changes. All changes are effective immediately when posted.
17. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostingRaja (Ovi Hosting Pvt Ltd), and its directors, employees, members against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses.
18. You are eligible for commission only If you have a active affiliate link in your website.
19. You can earn upto 35% commission on making sales. Commission rates are based on number of sales done per month.
• 1 to 5 sales - 10% commission
• 6 to 10 sales - 15% commission
• 11 to 15 sales - 20% commission
• 16 to 20 sales - 25% commission
• 21 and above - 35% commission
